These terms govern your use of the Trumansol logistics and container trucking management platform, including the Trumansol Driver app (together, "the platform"), operated by Trumansol ("we," "us," "our"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The platform
Trumansol provides tools for job dispatching, delivery tracking, driver management, invoicing, and document management, coordinating administrators, drivers, warehouse operators, and customers.
Accounts
Driver accounts are created by administrators, not self-registered. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Driver responsibilities and job acceptance
As a driver using the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when accepting and completing jobs.
- Complete required proof-of-pickup and proof-of-delivery photos honestly and at the actual time and location of pickup or delivery.
- Keep your account information current and accurate.
- Use the app only for its intended purpose of coordinating and completing driving jobs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes submitting false job or delivery data, attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.
Invoicing
Billing between Trumansol and its customers is handled through the platform.

Specific payment terms, fee structure, and billing cycle haven't been defined yet. We'll add the details here once they're confirmed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms or of acceptable use. You may stop using the platform at any time; see our account deletion page to request removal of your account and data.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trumansol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms
