  • Driver professional documents (e.g., licenses, certifications) and their expiration dates.
  • Company details including contact information and address.

Operational Data

  • Job details such as pickup/delivery addresses, container information (numbers, bill of lading, sizes), scheduling dates, and rates.
  • Photographic proof uploaded during job pickup, delivery, and return.
  • Invoice records including amounts and due dates.
  • Warehouse names and addresses.

Technical Data

  • Device tokens for delivering push notifications on the mobile app.
  • Server logs including IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.
  • Record-level timestamps for auditing purposes.

File Uploads

Driver documents, job pictures, and company documents are uploaded and stored on cloud storage (AWS S3).


2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and manage accounts and authentication.
  • Dispatch and track logistics jobs, manage containers, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Verify driver document compliance and expiration.
  • Generate invoices and manage billing records.
  • Send push notifications for job assignments and status updates.
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve issues.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

  • Within the Platform: Job data, driver assignments, and delivery details are shared among authorized users as required for operations.
  • Service Providers: We use Supabase (authentication), Amazon Web Services (file storage), and PostgreSQL (database) to operate the Platform.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication (JWT-based), and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.


6. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
  • Disable push notifications through your device settings.
  • Request removal of uploaded documents or pictures through your administrator.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
